SINGLE ROOMS: Be aware that single rooms in Europe are often smaller than double rooms. Ask about a “double room/single use” option at a cost above the normal single supplement should someone require a larger room. Limited single rooms will be available on each tour.
TRIPLE ROOMS: Available on most tours. They usually consist of a twin-bedded room with an additional folding bed or cot for the third person. This may not be comfortable for three adults.
GROUP NUMBERS: All quotes for group custom tours are given on a sliding scale basis. Should the group fall below the minimum numbers specified on the sliding scale, even if final payment has been collected, you would be re-invoiced based on the new corresponding tour price.

Hotel Requirements:
When quoting land services, we quote a four-star standard hotel, unless otherwise requested. Hotels are not confirmed at the time of quotation. A typical hotel will be identified, “or similar.”Small group up to 6 rooms:- Payment policy: 30% non-refundable deposit 120 days prior arrival.
- Require a first selling update 150 days prior arrival (with possibility to increase the number of rooms or release the unsold rooms).

CANCELLATION FEES

TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN
Travel protection is highly recommended. Travel Insurance (premium is non-refundable). Purchase within 21 days of initial trip deposit to be eligible for the pre-existing condition exclusion waiver. The cost of the insurance depends on the total tour price booked through Perillo Tours. It also depends on the state of your residence. It is the responsibility of the travel agent/group leader to clearly advise Perillo Tours, when travel insurance is included with payment. Travel insurance premium is based on the gross SELLING price of tour/services provided by Perillo Tours. To assign the proper coverage, the passenger’s full tour cost must be indicated with payment information. A travel Insurance plan could also cover those services NOT provided by Perillo Tours but booked on your own. The insurance must be paid pay credit card.

Travel Insurance Is Highly Recommended – Travelex Insurance must be purchased with deposit and is non-refundable once purchased. Travel Insurance is optional but highlight recommended. You may also purchase travel insurance on your own with a company of your choice.
Important
Each passenger that does not purchase insurance with Perillo will be required to sign a form stating they were offered insurance by Perillo but chose not to purchase it. Note: Insurance fees are NOT refundable for any reason.
